The iron lantern is 102mcs high to the top of the spindle and has traces of original paint, we have wired it with a single lampholder and put in one of our 6000 hr filament bulbs ( easily available) which gives it a very funky look, these bulbs are great on a dimmer
The French street lantern is also quite industrial and is wired similarly, both great looks.
